Technical data (IP address, browser type, device information) collected when you use this website. See section 9.
Some of the information needed to arrange cover, such as claims history, health information or details of regulatory or legal proceedings, is special category or criminal offence data. We process it only where necessary to arrange and administer insurance, as permitted by the Data Protection Act 2018.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, these include responding to enquiries, communicating with clients about their policies and related services, improving our products and services, maintaining the security and integrity of our systems, and preventing fraud. We balance these interests against your rights and freedoms and ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
We share data with insurers, Managing General Agents and Lloyd’s syndicates, reinsurers, claims handlers, our panel lawyers where you need legal support, regulators and our professional advisers. We also use service providers who host our website and IT systems on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

Enquiries that don’t lead to a policy are retained indefinitely but may be deleted upon request.
